Electric Aggregation Program

The Public Utility Commission of Ohio (PUCO) recently sent out notices informing customers that rate are on the rise!
They estimate that AEP’s rates will increase by 35% to more than $0.10 per kWh.
The good news is Officials for the Village have proactively negotiated the community’s electric aggregation rate.
All in effort to help mitigate the increase & help lessen financial losses.
The new rate, which will take effect with you next available meter reading, will be $0.9919 per kWh.
These rates will last through May of 2026.

There is no additional action you need to take, to participate in the negotiated savings program.
As a participant in the Village of Minerva’s aggregation program, you are automatically enrolled.
If you are not interested in participating in the program, you may opt-out via one of the provided methods.
