WATER DEPARTMENT 330-868-7705 ext 106 You may mail in your payment to Water and Sewer Department, 209 N. Market St., Minerva, OH 44657. Please do not mail cash. Payments can be placed in our 24-hour drop box which is located in the Police Department lobby outside of the elevator. We also accept debit and credit cards over the phone or via a link on the Village of Minerva website (https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/plc/A001lt) A small convenience fee will apply for debit or credit card payments.
INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT 330-868-7705 ext 157 Completed tax returns can be dropped in the night box located at the entrance of the Police Department, or can be placed under the door of the Income Tax/Water Sewer Department. Tax Returns MUST be put in a sealed envelope.
