The Minerva Village Council meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm at the Village Hall at 209 N Market St., Minerva, OH 44657. In attendance are the administrator, Mayor, and all council members. There is also a a workshop meeting beginning at 6:30 before the regular council meeting. All are open to the public.
