The Minerva Board of Zoning Appeals meets the third Monday of each month at 5 pm at Village Hall at 209 N Market St., Minerva, OH 44657. The public is invited to attend.

The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals acts on requests for variances from zoning regulations. Members are appointed by Village Council to a 3 year term.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS VILLAGE OF MINERVA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located on the third floor of Village Hall, 209 N. Market St., Minerva, OH 44657, at which time the following will be considered:
Application #2014 – Petitioner, Minerva DG, LLC, is requesting a parking variance for the construction of a commercial structure on Carroll County Parcels #08-0001036.002, 08-0001036.003 located in the 800 block of Valley St., Minerva, Carroll County, Ohio. Said building plans do not comply with Minerva Ordinance:
1155.02 PARKING SPACE SCHEDULE; ACCESS; SCREENING; LIGHTING.
(a) In all districts, in connection with every industrial, commercial, business, trade, institutional, recreational or dwelling use, and similar uses, space for parking and storage of vehicles shall have an area as defined in Section 1133.01(17) and shall be provided in accordance with the following schedule:
