TO BE HELD AT COUNCIL CHAMBERS
VILLAGE HALL, 209 NORTH MARKET STREET
MINERVA, OHIO
A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MINERVA WILL BE HELD FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1) Enter into executive session to consider the appointment of a public official.
2) Appointment of a replacement for the Council seat vacated by Matthew Kishman, to serve until the next regular municipal election to be held on November 5, 2025, with the elected and qualified successor to hold the seat for the unexpired term ending December 31, 2027.
