Tai Chi for Beginners at the Minerva Public Library
All ages are welcome! The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind and body integration, fluidity of movements, control of breathing and mental concentration. Tai Chi for Beginners can be done seated or standing! Participants should come prepared to do light exercise, wearing loose, comfortable clothing and supportive tennis shoes.
