TO BE HELD AT COUNCIL CHAMBERS  VILLAGE HALL, 209 NORTH MARKET STREET A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MINERVA WILL BE HELD FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE: Enter into executive session to consider the appointment and/or compensation of a public official.
