The Rodeo is back for another fun filled day. The Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce presents Downtown Winter Wonderland on December 2, 2017.  The parade begins at 3 pm and the festivities will follow.  Treat trees, decorating, Photos with Santa at the Roxy, and crafts are just a few items on the fun filled agenda.
