Halloween Parade The Halloween Parade will lead from the Train Depot up Market St. to the Community Building. Parade begins at 6:45 pm.

The Halloween Parade will be October 31 at 6:45 pm. The parade route will be from the Train Depot to Market St. and will end at the Community Halloween Party at the Community Building.

The Water Dept. will be flushing water lines in all areas of Minerva starting at 5:30 A.M. and working until approximately 4 P.M. Saturday, November 2, 2024. This may cause the water to be temporarily discolored and washing clothes during this time is not recommended.
