Public Meeting – Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on Monday, April 14, 2019 at 5:00 pm in Council Chambers located on the third floor of Village Hall, 209 N. Market St., at which time the following will be considered:
Application – Petitioner, Gary L. or Sue Snode, LLC, located at 948 E. Lincoln Way is requesting a conditional use to permit the property be used for residential purposes while being zoned as B-1 Retail Business. This property was formerly known as “The Southern Inn.” The public is invited to attend.
