The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located on the third floor of Village Hall, 209 N. Market St., Minerva, OH 44657, at which time the following will be considered:=
Application #202300004 – Petitioner, David Jentgen, located at 301 W. Lincoln Way, Minerva, OH is appealing the Zoning Inspector’s determination that partial residential use on a main floor of a structure in a B-1 District must be approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
