The Board of Stark County Commissioners has recommended Saturday, October 31, 2020. 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. as the suggested date and time for the 2020 County-Wide Halloween observance. Those planning on participating are encouraged to follow safety protocols as well as the safety guidelines released by the Ohio Department of Health
